The spotlight designed by Laura Vären is named after the shape of the lampshade. Laura Vären, who designed the product, got the idea for the shape from her goal of creating a spotlight that looks a little gentler in appearance than traditional spotlights.
“I decided to round the hat part of the spotlight, which gave the lamp a softer look. I think the Kippo spotlight is just as suitable for a minimalist Scandinavian space as it is for a more luxurious interior,” says Väre. The timelessly stylish metal spotlight is available in both matte black and white.
