Our lighting design is based on practical experience in the field. We have over 30 years of experience in lighting installation, repair and modification work, as well as small electrical work. This means that solutions are always considered from the perspective of feasibility, safety and sustainability.

Creative solutions are supported by an interior design degree and design work is supported by expertise in surface treatment and construction. Light is considered both technically and through spatial and interior design as part of a whole, not as separate products.

What is specifically considered in a lighting consultation?

1. Space as a visual whole

We look at the space like a picture:

• how colors, shapes and proportions are arranged
  
• which elements are the focus and which ones are distracting
  
• What should be kept in the space and what should be kept quiet?
  

We utilize color theory, spatial rhythm, and proportions (such as the principles of the golden ratio) in the placement and emphasis of lighting.

2. The need and use of light

Let's go through what lighting is really needed in different situations:

• Is the general lighting sufficient and uniform?
  
• Is the amount of light correct or are there glare or dark areas?
  
• Are there shadows that need to be softened or cut?
  
• Does mood lighting work separately from general lighting?
  
• Has the spotlight been used correctly?
  
• Do I need a separate work light, reading light or plant light?
  
• Do we want to highlight a detail or area?
  

Often the problem is not just the number of lights, but their placement, orientation or control.

3. Solutions as part of a whole

Solutions are always considered as a whole, not as individual products.

We have direct connections to spare parts from the lighting manufacturers we represent and we actively collaborate with several domestic operators on repairs. This enables solutions where the old lighting fixture can continue its life as part of a functioning whole.

After the home visit, we will compile our findings and solutions into a clear written package. You will receive a roadmap and an offer, based on which you can proceed at your own pace.

If necessary, we also take care of the implementation:
